iDEAL Semiconductor Successfully Concludes Series C Funding Round

iDEAL Semiconductor has successfully concluded its Series C funding round, amassing a total of $75 million. Additionally, it has declared that its cutting-edge SuperQ technology is now widely accessible and can effectively decrease power loss.

According to the company, MOSFETs utilizing SuperQ at 200V exhibit resistance that is 6 times lower than existing silicon and 1.6 times lower than GaN. In addition, the company asserts that motor drive inverters fashioned with SuperQ technology can reduce power losses by up to 50%.
